My wife and I had measured expectations of the competencies of agents before we met Aisling. Having met several agents we were confused and unsure how to progress but when Aisling talked us through the proposed sale as she saw it we realised we had met our agent and we engaged her shortly thereafter. We were anxious about auction (due to our lack of experience) but agreed with what she proposed and we were very happy with our result. To say our expectations were met would be an understatement. Aisling is a wonderful agent. She has good market knowledge, sincere, trust worthy and I am very comfortable to deal with her on the sale of my investment property. I did not have to worry much about selling my property as she kept me well informed. I am happy that she tried to sell at the price that I’m looking for instead of trying to persuade me to settle for less. This shows she cares about the wishes of her client and not solely interested just on getting her commission as I know an extra $20K would not have meant much in terms of her commission. Unlike some other agents, Aisling is not just an agent who’s good at sales and knows her job, she also has her client’s best interests at heart.
